Welcome to NetVizor ("Service"), operated at netvizor.app. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

NetVizor provides free online network diagnostic tools, image processing utilities, text transformation tools, and a REST API. Tools include but are not limited to: DNS lookup, port scanning, SSL/TLS checking, WHOIS lookup, email health checks, image conversion, watermarking, and text encoding.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Scan, probe, or test networks or systems you do not own or have authorization to test
  • Perform denial-of-service attacks or flood the Service with automated requests
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
  • Distribute malware, spam, or any harmful content
  • Use the Service for any illegal activity
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Circumvent rate limits or abuse prevention measures

3. API Usage

  • API access is provided free of charge with reasonable usage limits
  • API keys are personal and must not be shared or published
  • We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse or excessive usage
  • Rate limits apply — exceeding them may result in temporary or permanent blocks
  • API responses should not be cached and redistributed commercially without permission

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting us

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logo, and content (excluding user-submitted data), is the property of NetVizor and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Tool results generated by the Service are provided for your use without restriction.

6. User Content

  • Images uploaded for processing are handled in memory and never stored
  • Text submitted to utilities is processed in real-time and not retained
  • Network queries (DNS, WHOIS, etc.) are executed in real-time and not logged beyond rate-limit tracking
  • You retain all rights to content you submit to the Service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Results from network tools will be 100% accurate or up-to-date
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetVizor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Rate Limiting & Fair Use

To ensure availability for all users, we enforce rate limits on both the web interface and API. Excessive or automated usage that degrades the Service for others may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
